1. Mega Afforestation Project at Manesar, Haryana
National Skills & Environment Protection Foundation (NSEPF) initiated a transformative Mega Tree Plantation Drive in Manesar, Haryana, demonstrating its
commitment to environmental conservation and community engagement. The initiative, held in Kaasan Village, Manesar on 7th March 2024 saw the planting of a remarkable total of 2500 saplings, comprising diverse species such as Neem, Jamun, Arjun, Bel, Saptparni, Curry, Amla, and Ashok trees.

Commencing the plantation drive from the cremation ground in Kaasan Village added a symbolic touch, signifying the nurturing of life from a sacred space. The event garnered widespread support and active participation from various stakeholders, including senior officials from Munjal Kiriu Industries, Secretary and CEO of NSEPF Dr. Nitesh Mishra along with Mr. Ashish Kumar, COO and executives of NSEPF. The involvement of children and local community as brand ambassadors not only added enthusiasm but also underscored the importance of instilling environmental consciousness in the younger generation. The Mega Tree Plantation Drive not only contributed significantly to the region's green cover but also fostered a sense of community involvement. NSEPF continues to be at the forefront of such initiatives, aligning its mission with environmental sustainability and community welfare.

2. Tree Plantation Drive, Gurugram
In order to address the impact of climate change in the Delhi-NCR region and reduce greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, GD Goenka University Gurugram in association with National Skills & Environment Protection Foundation (NSEPF) organized a Tree Plantation Drive on 24th August 2022 at University Campus. During the drive, more than 450 saplings were planted with the aim to increase the green cover in the campus. The saplings included Mango, Magnolia, Royal Poinciana, Night Jasmine, Pomegranate, Ficus, Lasinia Bottlebrush, varieties of Palm.

The event witnessed gracious presence of Dr. Anjali Midha Sharan, Dean - School of Humanities & Social Science. Vineet Saurav and Shubham Saurav, executives of NSEPF has volunteered and organized this event successfully along with participation of more than 100 people including Professors, Students and other team members.
