Jharkhand’s first Drone Festival 2023 at Ranchi Press Club, Jharkhand
NSEPF has organized Jharkhand First Drone Festival titled as Jharkhand Drone Mahotsav on 12th Feb 2023 at Ranchi Press Club, Jharkhand, where it was told that drone is the future of the youth of our country. From agriculture to mining, from goods delivery to land measurement and survey, drone pilots are in demand in about 20 sectors and there is immense potential for employment in the field of drones.

In commemoration of International Youth Day 2020, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and its Women Skill Development Department are organizing a dynamic tweet chat on August 14, 2020, Friday, at 4:00 PM. This engaging discussion, themed Transforming Youth with New Age Skills, aims to explore the crucial role of contemporary skill development in empowering the youth.

Dr. Nitesh Mishra, CEO, NSEPF from NSEPF - NISARG National Network was invited to join as an esteemed panelist alongside distinguished representatives from Team World Skills, Team NSDC, and other influential voices.

Objective: The tweet chat was delve into the critical discourse of empowering the youth through the acquisition of contemporary skills. 4. Building an Employable Workforce – An International Webinar in association with Cambridge University Press, India & MEPSC
In a collaborative effort to advance the cause of skill development in India, the NSEPF - NISARG National Network, as the media partner, joined forces with Cambridge University Press, India, and the Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Councils (MEPSC) to organize an International Webinar on "Building an Employable Workforce." The webinar aimed to address key stakeholders in the skill development ecosystem across the country.

Launch of Industry-Oriented Training Content:
A highlight of the webinar was the launch of industry-oriented and impactful training content tailored for English, Employability, and Entrepreneurship. This initiative, aimed at benefiting students across diverse skill sectors in India, underlines the commitment of the organizing bodies to provide practical and relevant resources to enhance employability.

Eminent Speakers:
The webinar featured distinguished speakers from Cambridge University Press UK, Cambridge University Press India, and the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. Their valuable insights and expertise enriched the discussions, offering a comprehensive perspective on the strategies and innovations essential for building a skilled and employable workforce.
Online Format and Overwhelming Response:
Conducted online, the webinar attracted an overwhelming response with over 800 registered participants. The diverse audience included representatives from Higher Education Institutes, Skill Training Partners, Faculties, Trainers, and Students from across the country. The digital format facilitated seamless participation and engagement, fostering a dynamic exchange of ideas and best practices.

This annual periodical is unveiled on the esteemed occasion of World Youth Skills Day.

Key Components of Skill Darpan: The release of Skill Darpan is a collaborative effort, featuring the active participation of governmental bodies, educational institutions, industry leaders, and international organizations.
