Ms. Sumangala K H is the esteemed Founder and Managing Trustee of Samanvaya Trust, and concurrently serves as the Director & CEO of Neospring Agro-Vet Farmers Producers Organization. With a commendable 15-year track record, she possesses extensive experience in both the NGO sector and as a female entrepreneur, showcasing her commitment to rural development, specifically in the realms of agriculture and animal husbandry. As a proactive and innovative leader, Ms. Sumangala has emerged as a visionary figure within the national agricultural landscape, adept in problem identification, project formulation, planning, implementation, and monitoring.

Her dedication to serving diverse communities, including farmers, destitute women, children, and the handicapped, is evident in her multifaceted initiatives. Ms. Sumangala has played a pivotal role in advising and assisting numerous farmers in Karnataka to enhance agricultural and commercial crop growth, with a distinct emphasis on organic farming practices. Presently, she actively coordinates with various segments of society through Samanvaya Trust, working towards the development of self-reliant model villages with the ambitious goal of transforming every village in Karnataka into a self-sufficient community.

Ms. Sumangala's holistic approach includes organic cultivation, maintenance of a gaushala, dairy, vermicompost unit, fodder bank, and horticulture crops, all aimed at educating and motivating youth to engage in advanced technology-based agriculture and marketing. Additionally, she has established a registered Farmers Producer Company, "Neo Spring Agro-Vet Farmers Producer Company Public Limited," dedicated to supporting nearly 1500 Farmers Producer Organizations (FPOs) in Karnataka. Through this initiative, she facilitates marketing of agricultural produce, provides training in team and vendor management, and extends assistance with financial facilities and crop insurance, all geared towards ensuring transparent pricing, farm gate pickup, spot payments, and more.

Ms. Sumangala's impactful contributions have garnered recognition in the form of several awards, including those from Government authorities, WEP, WTI awards from NITI Aayog, and acknowledgment as a change-maker by Global Action on Poverty from TATA Trust, particularly for her exemplary support during the Covid-19 pandemic.
